HHC DAO provides a read-only crypto portfolio tracking tool. You can manually record your trades, monitor your balances in USD, and view analytics, including allocation, P/L, badge levels, and affiliate earnings.

2. No Custody & No Investment Advice

• HHC DAO does not hold or custody any cryptocurrencies on your behalf.
• We do not request or require your private keys, seed phrases, or exchange API keys.
• All information is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.

3. Data & Prices

• Price data is obtained from third-party providers such as CoinGecko.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any price or market data.
• Your portfolio values and P/L may differ from those shown on exchanges or wallets.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the data you enter is accurate.

5. Affiliate Program

• Affiliate rewards are calculated according to the rules shown in your account.
• We reserve the right to adjust or revoke affiliate earnings in cases of abuse, fraud, or misrepresentation.
• Withdrawals are processed in USDT/USDC using the networks specified on the withdraw page.

6. Account Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
• Suspended accounts may lose access to affiliate earnings and badge levels.

7. Changes to the Service

We may update or modify features, limits, or requirements of the HHC DAO platform at any time. We will try to notify users of major changes where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

HHC DAO, its operators, and partners shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data errors, or downtime.
